For its 17th edition, the World Gourmet Summit gathers once again the best of our gastronomic world. During 10 days, invited chefs will lead a restaurant in Singapore for a unique occasion. From March 1, Jean-François Piège adds a new re-thinking of an all time classic to the menu : « Le Grand Plateau » which includes an assortment prepared and cooked by the Chef with all his talent : Marinated scalops in tosazu sauce, citrus fruit and coriander, Potatoes from Noirmoutier and whelks, Ceaser salad lobster rolls - are one of the delights of this « Grand Plateau », created by Jars.
